He's the youngest
Appearance: He is an average height standing at 5'6 with a thin build and a light tan. He has platinum blond hair that flows down to his shoulders. It's very full bodied and thick hair. He has light green eyes, almost like murky ocean water, almost see through, but not quite.
Personality: He's a very focused individual. When he gets something in his head, he will not stop until it is done. Most would like to say he does things for the good of all, but he's a rather selfish kid. It's probably largely due to the fact that he's the youngest of four and pampered Lord's son. They might have over compensated a little for him not getting any land or titles like his other brother will. He can be very charming when he wants to be if it falls into the category of getting him something he wants. Like maybe a kiss from a girl/guy he's sweet on. Or a delicious bubbly pie. He is definitely a people person, not the I'm in the middle of a group person, more like 'Don't leave me all alone.' He needs constant companionship to feel like he's worth something. That has led to many a tumble with the lower serving folk in his Hold, but as he's the Lord Holder's son, who's to say he's doing anything wrong?
He hates runners, which is odd because his family owns a Large Riding Settlement. He likes the beach, often spending several sevendays at their Beach house before returning back to the 'drudgery' of home. Since he only have to socialize at home, not many would call that hard. He isn't very nimble or agile so the dancing part is a bit hard for him, but is a good singer. Often times he'll escape the dance floor by offering to play something or sing for the guests. That's also his preferred method of wooing his target. As he isn't the most graceful, he'd rather play to his talents by standing still and singing a love song to them with his beautifully deep voice.
He can come off rather arrogant, but he'll play up the sensitivity card if he feels it'll get him somewhere with someone. So, in short, he's a prat and a player. Spoiled completely.
History:
Raedyn grew up in the Hold of Fallwynne as the Lord Holder's son. Nothing was too expensive or too far out of reach. He was allowed to go anywhere and do anything. He played apprentice at quite a few crafts, but nothing really called out to him. For a while his family pushed him towards Harpering. He had a good voice and a talent for instruments, but he didn't really want a life filled like that. Harpers traveled a lot and traveling didn't provide the same luxuries as living in one spot. He knew that he couldn't live at the Hold his entire life. With three older brothers, the Hold was not meant to be his. He briefly entertained the thought of taking one of the Hold girls for his wife and just running their Holds, that didn't appeal to him either. He'd have to drop his wenching ways in order to do that.
For the past few turns Raedyn has been spending more and more time in the social circle as well as rubbing elbows with Master Craftsmiths. It's due to his mother's influence as she wants all her children successful. Not so that they may support themselves, no she just wants to gloat to the other mothers about what her sons can do now. Her first born is already moving towards becoming a superb Lord Holder. The second is starting to run the large Runner pens and starting a breeding program to make their Runners the best in the Continent. And of course, the third is almost at his Mastery in Gemsmithing. Only the last child proves her shame. He is still young yet, but he should be a journeyman at least!

Personality: He would always be one to softly, but commandingly, call attention to himself, if only for a moment. He is a bit of a stickler for the rules. He believes that the Weyr can only function well if everyone knows their place and follows instructions.
